Its was my first order but i love it
Unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed with my experience with nature's nest. My hair serum order arrived with 3 sachets completely leaked and the 4th sachet half empty. I contacted them and was told that they would send me only 3 replacement sachets, but it has now been 19 days and I still haven’t received them.
This is also not the first time I’ve faced an issue with my orders. In my previous order, a product was missing, although they did send it later after I contacted them. Having problems repeatedly creates unnecessary hassle and inconvenience.
Nature's nest should improve its quality control and customer service so that customers don’t have to repeatedly follow up for missing or damaged products.
